InterMetro Product Shipping Charges

Many of the InterMetro products we sell are in stock at our Orlando warehouse. These products are shipped at the standard shipping rate (typically 10% of the product purchase price).

Some InterMetro products however are shipped directly from the InterMetro warehouse. For these items, InterMetro charges between $39.00 and $219.00 (total), regardless of the number of pieces being order or the size of the items being ordered. Our company does not make any money on these freight charges as they are imposed directly by InterMetro.

If your order requires that items be shipped directly from InterMetro, we will contact you to obtain your approval or refusal of the amount before charging your card and proceeding with your order. We will never charge your credit card without first getting your approval.

InterMetro's policy is a double-edged sword. In one respect, it harms smaller orders which require a $39.00 minimum shipping charge. On the other hand however, it rewards larger orders by charging only $219.00, which is a bargain for heavy shipments.
